Jamie Vardy`s assist at King Power Stadium helped Leicester level points with Manchester United in a 2-2 draw.

Man Utd who are now unbeaten in the last eight matches would have made a great move if they won the game to get close to the league leaders Liverpool. They are in third place after Liverpool and Leicester who are ahead by one point.

This result means that the two teams will be overtaken by Everton and Chelsea register a win in their next matches.

Man Utd seemed to be the better side in the match since they created several chances which they never maximize on. Rashford missed a free header chance in the second minute to take an early lead.

Rashford gave United a lead in the 21st minute with a master-class assist from Bruno Fernandes. The score was levelled ten minutes later by Harvey Barnes who scored a stunning goal to end the first half in a 1-1 scoreline.

Pogba, Cavani and Tuanzebe came in the second half. The substitutions made by Ole Gunnar was fruitful at first as Cavani made an impact from the moment he got in the pitch. The Uruguayan provided an assist which Bruno Fernandes scored to give United a lead.

Brendan Rodger`s decision to substitute Ayoze Perez in for Leicester was fruitful too. The Spaniard helped in creating the late goal that Axel Tuanzebe deflected into his goalpost.
