Celta Vigo comes into this match with a 2-1 victory against Huesca while Real Madrid in a 1-1 draw against Elche last Wednesday.

Luka Modric put Real Madrid ahead in the first half but the opponents equalized in the second half with a penalty from Fidel, to end the match levelled.

Spain International and former Manchester City player, Nolito, scored the first goal for Celta Vigo. Lago Aspas added a second goal which won the match for them. Huesca, however, got a consolation goal from Jaime Seoane.
