Lingard keeps West Ham’s top-four hopes on track

The Hammers won 3-2 against Leicester, with Lingard scoring a brace in the first half, continuing with his remarkable form.

The fans questioned whether the team could continue to push for a Champions League spot after Michail Antonio picked an injury in their 3-2 victory against Wolves last week.

West Ham, however, did not disappoint in their match against the foxes. Thanks to the excellent performances of Lingard and Bowen.

Jesse Lingard netted his seventh and eighth for the Hammers since joining them on loan from Manchester United.

After the restart, Jarrod Bowen the third goal before Kelechi Iheanacho pulled two back for Leicester. Despite the attempts, he couldn’t prevent Leicester from losing their second game in a row.
