Leeds enter talks with Bayern Munich target

Leeds United are reportedly in negotiations with the agent of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, a Russian Premier League wonderkid.

Victor Orta met with the 20-year-representatives, old’s according to Football Fancast, amid rumored involvement from German giants Bayern Munich.

The Georgian international, who is estimated at around £13 million by Transfermarkt, has been linked with AC Milan, Juventus, and Borussia Dortmund.

Kvaratskhelia currently plays for Rubin Kazan, for whom he has seven goals and 13 assists in 51 appearances since joining the club in 2019.

His contract with the club lasts until 2024, enabling his employers to demand a large fee from prospective suitors.

The both-footed midfielder, who has three goals in eight appearances for Georgia, prefers to play wide but can also play in attacking positions.

In 2018, a report on the then-17-year-old from Football Talent Scout, highlighted his speed and acceleration, ball control, dribbling, and technique.

Leeds may have a slim chance of signing Kvaratskhelia, but supporters are encouraged to start writing chants now so they can be ready for his arrival later this year.
