Scottish Premiership club Rangers are boosted by the apparent return of Colombian forward Alfredo Morelos from injury.
Morelos has been out of action for the Gers since March, nursing a thigh injury. Before getting injured, the ace was a key figure in the Rangers team, with decisive goals and assists in all competitions previously.
The Daily Record have shared the image of the South American striker training at the club’s training grounds as the rest of the team have gone on holiday after a long and busy summer.
Rangers had initially shared the development of Morelos in a statement and signs proved that the forward would be fit ahead of the coming campaign.
“Our medical team are pleased with the outcome of the operation and his rehabilitation programme is underway.”
“He will return to training with the first team squad during pre-season.”
After scoring 11 goals and providing seven assists for Steven Gerrard and van Bronckhorst combined in the Premiership, Morelos averaged a SofaScore rating of 7.32.
He also scored four goals in eight Europa League starts as he averaged a rating of 7.12.
