Leeds United have several injury issues ahead of their match against the Toffees at Goodison Park this weekend.
However, Everton also have several players injured but are thought to have a better chance of winning after losing to Newcastle.
Lampard’s side could have up to six players on the sidelines. Demarai Gray and Yerry Mina both limped off in Tuesday’s 3-1 loss to Newcastle United due to hip and quad issues, respectively.
The Whites, on the other hand, are dealing with their own injury problems.
Patrick Bamford has been unavailable for most of the season due to a foot problem.
The forward has only made eight outings this season and is still frustrated by his injury.
Bamford is still not running outside, indicating that he is still a few weeks away from being fully healthy.
In midfielder Kalvin Phillips, Bielsa’s side will be without another key player. Due to a hamstring injury, the England international has not played for the Whites since December 5th. He underwent surgery.
Phillips is not anticipated to return until next month. Liam Cooper, who has a similar injury as Phillips, is expected to return around the same time.
Sam Greenwood underwent knee surgery last month and has not stated when he will return.
Leeds United’s Junior Firpo, meanwhile, was absent from the thrilling 3-3 draw with Aston Villa on Wednesday.
Before the game, Bielsa stated that he was being cautious with the defender.
Despite being totally healthy, Charlie Cresswell (shoulder) was also held out, while Jamie Shackleton was on the bench due to a heel ailment.
