After reports that Saul Niguez would be joining Chelsea on loan, supporters on social media have had a few reactions.
For quite some time, it has been speculated that the Spanish midfielder will go to Anfield, but due to some reasons, Liverpool have not been able to clinch a deal.
Although Chelsea seem likely to make a move for him, Liverpool fans don’t want to see Saul moving to Chelsea.
Clearly, the supporters of Liverpool wanted to have Saul at Anfield, and his potential transfer to a direct competitor has apparently upset some of them.
While Liverpool may yet add another midfielder, it doesn’t appear like it will be Atletico Madrid’s Saul Niguez.
If this deal goes through, Chelsea will be acquiring a highly excellent player.
