West Ham’s manager, David Moyes, received three positive updates on injured players before their upcoming match against Tottenham Hotspur. However, he is still waiting for the fate of two of his main players.

West Ham received three injury boosts this week, which is the opposite of the usual bad things happening in threes. This is good news for the team, whose Premier League survival is at risk.

West Ham is facing an injury crisis at a crucial time for the club. After their draw with Chelsea, Moyes expressed his concern as several players, with a combined worth of £173.5m, are currently injured, leaving the team with fewer options.

Moyes received three injury boosts for the upcoming game against Tottenham Hotspur, with Areola, Scamacca, and Cornet all returning to training. However, there is still uncertainty around the availability of Paqueta and Aguerd, who are currently undergoing assessments for their shoulder and groin injuries.

Areola will be included in the team for the match against Spurs. Scamacca and Cornet may also have a chance to return, but Cornet would require additional training with the team. The fate of Paqueta and Aguerd remains unknown.

The first injury boost for Moyes is the return of Alphonse Areola to training after recovering from his hamstring injury. The Hammers’ media team posted a picture gallery of the squad training at the London Stadium, and the 19th picture showed Areola smiling in his training gear, indicating that he is fit to play.

The second injury boost came in the form of Gianluca Scamacca, who has been out of action since injuring his knee against Leeds last month. Scamacca posted a message on social media saying that he is “back home” in London, hinting at his potential return to the team for the Tottenham match.

The third injury boost for Moyes was Maxwel Cornet, who has been sidelined for over four months with a rare calf issue. Cornet posted his own comeback message on Instagram stories, saying that he will be back “very soon.” However, it remains to be seen whether he will be fit enough to make it to the bench for the Tottenham match.

While the return of three key players is a welcome boost for West Ham, Moyes is still waiting for updates on the injuries of Lucas Paqueta and Nayef Aguerd. The two players suffered shoulder and groin injuries, respectively, and their availability for the Tottenham match remains uncertain.

West Ham’s fans and players will be hoping for more good news on the injury front ahead of their crucial match against Tottenham Hotspur. With the Premier League survival on the line, the Hammers cannot afford to lose any more key players, and the return of Areola, Scamacca, and Cornet will be a much-needed morale boost for the team.
