Naby Keita’s escape from a possible Pogba-indused injury and Thiago Alcantara’s return to training is great news for Liverpool, but Fabinho’s return is uncertain as Klopp feels that the Brazilian could be out for some more time.

The Liverpool manager, and probably almost everyone else, thought that Keita wouldn’t be fit to play after a Pogba scare, but the Guinean is back in training without any detected injuries.

“Naby Keita looks good. I think he will be ready,” Klopp revealed, meaning the 26-year old will be in Liverpool’s lineup against Brighton tomorrow.

Thiago Alcantara, who hasn’t played for slightly over a month, was in training with his teammates, but according to Jurgen, the Spaniard is not yet ready to go out on the pitch. “Yes, we did a session…That doesn’t mean he is ready to play a football game, unfortunately,” the Reds’ coach stated.

The most concerning absence for Liverpool, though, could be Fabinho. The Brazilian wasn’t in training, and his coach isn’t certain when the 28-year old will be back, but it’s less likely tomorrow.

“With Fabinho, it doesn’t look that good…complicated enough to keep him out again, probably.” Klopp revealed, adding that the fact that the player missed training was a bad enough sign.

With his midfield not in the best of forms, Klopp might decide to put in Milner or Elliot, who he hasn’t used lately. Or, Liverpool could just do it like they have been doing, with an uncertain midfield but a brilliant attacking force.
