Borussia Dortmund’s youngster, Jude Bellingham, is currently being eyed by numerous clubs for his prowess in the midfield, and if he as much as maintains his current form, the German side may lose him to one of the interested parties, most probably Liverpool.
The England international joined Dortmund after a successful youth and club career with Birmingham, and having sharpened his skills in Germany, he has scored four goals in 54 appearances ever since, attracting international attention with his brilliance in the process.
Klopp’s side could reportedly dig deep into their pockets and have him back in England next year, according to Build.
The Reds have strong opponents, among them Spanish giants Real Madrid, but according to the report, the EPL side are favorites to win the 18-year old’s signature with an 84 million (at least) euro bid.
So Bellingham’s stay with Dortmund has been excellent, and they might not let him go easily, but it’s high time Liverpool found a Jordan Henderson successor, so they’ll probably put up a worthy fight.
After PSG’s Georginio left, Liverpool has another “vacancy.” This means that the youngster might get more playing time at Liverpool than he does now.
If their bid can tempt Bellingham to consider a return to England, Liverpool will without a doubt have won big.
