According to reports, Manchester United are negotiating a deal to sign Ibrahim Sangare from PSV Eindhoven this summer.
The Red Devils are looking to reinforce their midfield after losing Nemanja Matic and Paul Pogba.
According to Rudy Galetti, Ten Hag’s camp is already in talks to sign Sangare. The renowned journalist posted this information on Twitter.
Generally, United have struggled in recent seasons, even with the likes of Paul Pogba in their squad. They last won silverware when Jose Mourinho was in charge.
Man Utd are eyeing Sangare even as they push for the Frenkie de Jong deal, which has taken weeks to materialize. According to SPORT, if he is forced to leave, the Dutchman would like to join Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.
Erik Ten Hag still insists on signing de Jong, but Sangare could be the alternative. According to Galetti, the 24-year-old is valued at around €35m-€40m.
Manchester United fans are hoping the club will add another midfielder to ensure squad depth.
