According to a new report, Joe Rodon’s summer move to Leeds United has received a boost.
According to The Telegraph, Spurs will consider offers for the defender at the end of the season in order to make room for Antonio Conte’s own recruits this summer.
Victor Orta and Leeds United will be delighted, as the Wales international had been linked with a transfer to Elland Road earlier in the year. Newcastle United are also believed to be interested in signing the 24-year-old defender.
When Rodon moved to North London for £11 million in October 2020, he didn’t make as many appearances as many people thought he would. But it’s clear that the player has a lot of potential, which was evident during his time in Wales.
The player, who Elis James called a “superb” player, had a SofaScore match rating of 6.99, which made him Swansea’s fourth-best player in the English second division.
It would be great for Jesse Marsch’s defense if Rodon could keep up his current level of play after a possible move to Elland Road this summer.
