A total of thirty two teams began the season but tonight it came down to only two teams -Kansas City Chiefs against Philadelphia Eagles.
The game attracted over sixty thousand fans to the State Farm Stadium Glanedale, Arizona.

This was a battle between Patrick Mahomes against Jalen Hurts both who have been in sensational form throughout the season.
Elsewhere on the field it was a fight amongst two brothers Travis Kelce (KC) and Jason Kelce (Philadelphia).

Jalen Hurts started of the game the superior one and scored the first touchdown in the fourth minute however Travis Kelce cancelled out after a wonder throw by Patrick Mahomes.
Harris Butcker missed a field goal attempt towards the end of the first quarter to ensure that it ended all level at 7 points apiece.
Kansas lost their star man Mahomes through an ankle injury and went into the half trailing the Eagles.
After the half Kansas fought back and trounced the Eagles 38 to 35 despite an impressive fight put on by the Eagles and Hurts particularly.
The win gave Mahomes his second ring in his quest to chase Tom brady’s record. The night ended in heartbreak for Hurts and Jason Kelce and the entire Eagles franchise.
However, the highlight of the night was an electrifying performance by singer turned business mogul Rihanna.
This was her first performance after taking a 6year hiatus from the music scene.

As if the performance was not ecstatic enough to her fans the performance also revealed that she is heavily pregnant with her second child with rapper boyfriend ASAP Rocky who was also in attendance. What a night for National Football League.
